Oakbrooke is not really a "new concept" - maybe for recent years... however what Oakbrooke really is heading towards is a true community - by avoiding "stock" homes with the garages all along the front of the homes and people in the back - this is more of a... think "Leave it to Beaver" type neighborhood - that is what I think of... Oakbrooke will have "character" - similar to neighborhoods in Fayetteville within the Historic district or the Wilson Park area... These areas in Fayetteville have increased in value even during the recent years - most are older homes. The streets of Oakbrooke in Fayetteville, along with the individual homes that front those streets, are designed to reflect a time in our country's history that a large percentage of the population considers "the good ol' days". We will be holding an OPEN HOUSE in Oakbrooke Sunday March 28th from 2-4. I have made some really cool coloring books for the kids!
